Do you use AI to translate my documents?

No. Every translation is handled by a professional human translator.

Do you provide language services to federal grant-funding agencies?

Yes. Please reach out directly with your specific requirements so we can tailor a solution to your needs.

Can you certify my own translation?

No. We can only certify translations that we produce ourselves.

Do you accept new clients under a contract?

Yes. We are always looking to form new partnerships.

Do you evaluate school transcripts?

No. We do not offer transcript evaluation services. 

Do you provide Apostille services?

We do not process Apostilles directly. However, our certified translations are Apostille-ready, meaning they meet all the requirements for you to submit them with your original documents to the Florida Department of State for Apostille authentication.

Are your translations certified by a Notary?

No. Notaries do not certify the accuracy of translations. Notaries typically only witness the signature of the translator on the certification statement. 

Do you email certified translations?

Certified translations are provided as official hard copies, available for pickup at our Fort Myers office. To maintain the integrity and authenticity of our certified work, we do not send certified translations by email or in digital format.

Where can I pick up my completed translations?

You can pick up your certified translations at our office, conveniently located at 5237 Summerlin Commons Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907.

Can you send my certified translations by mail?

Yes! We offer convenient shipping options for your certified translations. For an additional fee, we can mail your documents directly to you. Need them fast or have special delivery instructions? Just ask, we are happy to discuss the best delivery method to meet your needs.
